3. SMS/Text Messaging Program Terms

The Funding Booth LLC offers a mobile messaging program to provide updates on your application, funding status, and marketing offers.

  • Program Name and Description: The Funding Booth Alerts. By opting in, you agree to receive SMS/text messages from The Funding Booth LLC regarding your loan application, documentation requests, funding status updates, and occasional promotional offers or industry news related to business financing.

  • Message Frequency: Message frequency varies based on your interaction with our team and the status of your application.

  • Opt-Out Instructions: You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text “STOP” to our shortcode or the number from which you received the message. After you send the SMS message “STOP” to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us.

  • Rejoining Instructions: If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time or text “START” or “UNSTOP” to our number, and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.

  • Help Instructions: If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program you can reply with the keyword “HELP” for more assistance, or you can get help directly by contacting our support team at Bob@thefundingbooth.com or calling 888-551-0215.

  • Carrier Liability Disclaimer: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

  • Message and Data Rates: As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.
